How work is delivered
- Scope. From drawings, a defects list, an access audit, an access consultant's report or a site inspection. Priced item by item, or as a schedule across a program or a portfolio.
- Supply. Product sourced to specification. Modular ramp systems are manufactured to order in Australia.
- Installation. By qualified tradespeople, to the relevant Australian Standard and the National Construction Code, on operating sites and live construction programs, staged so the path of travel stays open.
- Documentation and handover. Product data, the installation detail for each item, and photographs, supplied for the building surveyor, access consultant, accreditation file or asset register. Certification and sign-off remain with the surveyor.
Standards
Work is installed to the current editions of AS 1428.1 and AS/NZS 1428.4.1 and the requirements of the National Construction Code, subject to site conditions and certification.
