What is installed

  • Access ramps

    Wheelchair ramps in modular aluminium, timber and composite, plus threshold ramps. Supplied and installed to AS 1428.1, subject to site conditions and certification.

  • Ramp hire

    Wheelchair ramps hired, delivered, installed and collected. For a discharge date, a recovery, or while a funding decision is made.

  • Tactile indicators

    Integrated and discrete tactile ground surface indicators at stairs, ramps, kerbs and platforms, installed to AS/NZS 1428.4.1, subject to site conditions and certification.

  • Stair nosings

    Slip-resistant nosings with luminance contrast, installed to AS 1428.1, subject to site conditions and certification.

  • Handrails

    Handrails and extensions to AS 1428.1, subject to site conditions and certification, including rectification of heights and extensions at handover.

  • Thresholds and transitions

    Level thresholds and junctions between floor finishes, resolved so the path of travel passes inspection.

How work is delivered

  1. Scope. From an occupational therapist's assessment, photographs and a measurement, drawings, a defects list, an access consultant's report or a site inspection.
  2. Supply. Product sourced to specification. Modular ramp systems are manufactured to order.
  3. Installation. By qualified tradespeople, to the relevant Australian Standard and the National Construction Code, on operating sites and live construction programs.
  4. Documentation and handover. Product data, installation detail and photographs supplied for the building surveyor, access consultant or asset register. Certification and sign-off remain with the surveyor.

Installation carries a 24 month workmanship guarantee.
